Job summary

CMW Geosciences is seeking Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geologist Graduates for roles starting in December 2026 at our Ballina office. Graduates will engage in hands-on, field-based work that builds technical knowledge and expertise. Responsibilities include onsite testing, processing soil samples, and assisting project managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or Earth Science.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Full New Zealand or Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual field work tasks and onsite testing.
• Process logs and soil samples in the office.
• Assist project managers with deliverables.
