Macquarie Geotechnical seeks Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists with 2-5 years' experience to join our team in Bathurst, NSW, Australia. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology.
• Knowledge of gINT and Holebase software.
• Minimum 2 years of site investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake geotechnical investigations, including drilling rig supervision and test pitting.
• Geotechnical inspections including proof roll, stripping and pile inspections.
• Assist with geophysical investigations (seismic refraction, magnetic surveys, electrical resistivity, downhole imagery).
• Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, sub-consultants and clients.
• Prepare factual reports.
