Job summary

Macquarie Geotechnical in Bathurst, NSW, is seeking Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists with 2-5 years' experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include supervising drilling rigs, conducting geotechnical investigations, and assisting with geophysical surveys while liaising with clients and colleagues to prepare factual reports.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering/Engineering Geology.
• Knowledge and experience using gINT and Holebase.
• Understanding of AS1726 requirements.
• Minimum 2 years site investigation experience.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical, analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Interest in developing both technical and project management skills.

Macquarie Geotechnical is a Geotechnical Consulting / Drilling & Construction Materials Testing company working on road, rail and mining infrastructure projects throughout Australia. We maintain a fleet of modern drill rigs, support equipment and tools that are at the forefront of the industry.

We are currently seeking Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists with 2-5 years' experience to join our team.
