Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
• Experience in geotechnical investigations and construction phase support.
• Strong report writing and technical skills.
• Excellent project management and client engagement skills.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and hold a valid unrestricted driver's license for use in Australia.
• CPEng status with Engineers Australia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of construction phase support services and geotechnical investigations, and detailed design assessment, focusing on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and addressing their needs.
• Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports and documentation.
• Provide leadership that balances operational and technical expertise.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge through training sessions.
• Maintain effective project management practices and keep commercial records up to date.
• Promote ADE services to clients, strengthening relationships and project experience.
