Job summary

Xpanner is seeking a Geospatial Solutions Manager to lead customer project deployment and field support across Australia. You will oversee GNSS, 3D design data, machine control, and surveying solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and drive account growth while building a regional field support team as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field support or technical deployment experience in geospatial solutions, machine control, GNSS, surveying, or construction automation.
• Hands-on experience deploying GNSS positioning systems, including RTK, base stations, and network correction services.
• Experience preparing or validating 3D design data for machine control and commissioning or supporting machine control systems.
• Working knowledge of surveying principles, site control, coordinate systems, and datum transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial setup of customer projects through site assessments and GNSS infrastructure planning, and commission and calibrate systems on heavy equipment.
• Train customers and site teams on GNSS and machine control, provide ongoing technical support, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collect structured feedback from customers and sites and share recurring issues with Product and R&D teams.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, stakeholders, records, and documentation for multiple projects to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and R&D to support onboarding and service delivery across the Australian market.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and assist Sales with technical scoping and quoting for new business.
• As the business grows, recruit, onboard, train, manage, and supervise field support engineers and installation crews for X1 retrofit kit deployments.
