Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is recruiting for a GP to deliver high quality primary care within a GP surgery. You will work with clinical leads and local teams to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan, focusing on patient outcomes and service quality.

Ideal candidates hold GMC registration with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). Knowledge of QOF and clinical systems (SystmOne/EMISweb) is preferred. Indemnity and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list and engaged in regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation - MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
• Ideally working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
• Support delivery of the surgery's operational plan with clinical leads and local practice team.
• Maintain quality standards and participate in clinical governance activities.
• Provide care as described in the job plan: in-person or video consultations, triage, results, reviews, and sign-off of prescriptions.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritize patient care.
• Assist the Practice Manager and site clinical lead in developing, delivering and reviewing the surgery action plan.
