The role covers immunisations, wound care, procedure assistance, and chronic disease management, with opportunities to use Cubiko, HotDoc and Automed, and to grow your skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience in General Practice/primary health setting.
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (advantage).
• Ability to provide quality patient care to diverse backgrounds.
• Autonomous work with good time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to manage fluctuating demand in a busy practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in a General Practice setting.
• Immunisations, wound dressing and procedure assistance.
• Stock ordering and recall systems management.
• Support patients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
• Work autonomously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
