Myhealth Wentworth Point is seeking a registered nurse to join our busy general practice on a full-time, maximum-term contract with potential for permanency.

You will work closely with GPs, support day-to-day clinical care, and build relationships with patients to support ongoing care across our network.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• General practice experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GPs to provide the best patient care.
• Conducting advanced clinical assessments.
• Administer immunisations.
• Treatment room management.
• ECGs/Spirometry/ABI.
• Assisting in procedures.
• Wound care and chronic disease management.
• Other related duties as required.
