ForHealth Group is seeking Registered Nurses to join our expanding network of medical centres across Australia. You will deliver high-quality clinical care in general practice, administer vaccinations, perform diagnostic testing, and support GPs with comprehensive care plans.

The role spans chronic disease management, patient education, and quality improvement across multiple locations. Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted AHPRA RN registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and 2+ years of clinical

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience.
• Previous General Practice or Primary Care experience (highly regarded).
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent clinical assessment and organisational abilities.
• Sound computer literacy and experience using clinical management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care within a general practice setting.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometry.
• Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plastering.
• Assist with triage and emergency management when required.
• Support GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activities.
• Coordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments and preventative health initiatives.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Support quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activities.
