Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Practice Nurse to join a family-owned doctor surgery in Melbourne. You will deliver quality nursing services to doctors and patients, including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care and health assessments.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA (Div.1).
• 2 years' general practice experience preferred but not essential.
• RN/EN qualifications.
• General practice experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task, time manage and work autonomously in a busy environment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical behaviour, conduct and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality clinical nursing services to doctors and patients including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
• Remuneration is negotiable depending on your experience.
