Job summary

Regis Whitfield, part of Regis Aged Care, is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead the clinical team in delivering safe, resident-centred care in Cairns.

You will oversee assessments, care planning and documentation, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while driving continuous improvement and governance across the home. You will coach staff, build relationships with residents and families, and partner with visiting health professionals to uphold high-performing care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience leading clinical teams in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to delivering resident-centred outcomes.
