Job summary

Regis Whitfield in Cairns is seeking a Lead Clinical Care Manager to drive safe, resident-centred care and lead the clinical team. You will oversee assessments, care planning, governance and continuous improvement while supporting a high-performing, collaborative culture in a respected aged care home.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families and visiting health professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent resident outcomes in a dynamic hospitality-rich

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience within residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
