Job summary

Kia Australia is seeking a General Manager - Parts to lead national Parts, Warranty and Aftersales Analytics with a strong commercial and data-driven mindset. You will shape strategy, drive profitability, manage dealer relationships and oversee P&L for the aftersales portfolio, while delivering customer excellence and growth across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive Parts/Aftersales leadership roles with P&L accountability.
• Strong knowledge of parts distribution, dealer operations and warranty drivers.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic Parts, Warranty and Aftersales plans aligned with Kia Australia.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, logistics and supply chain strategies.
• Direct Aftersales analytics, BI, and KPI monitoring across the network.
• Engage stakeholders across Kia's dealer network and OEM partners.
