As General Manager of Parts, you will lead a high-performing team and oversee the national Parts & Accessories business, Warranty Operations, and Aftersales Analytics. Develop and execute Parts, Warranty and Aftersales strategies aligned with Kia Australia's business objectives.
Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share and customer retention across the aftersales business.
Identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement and digital transformation.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer behaviour and business performance.
Lead the national Parts & Accessories function, ensuring strong commercial and operational performance.
Oversee pricing, inventory management, logistics, distribution and supply chain strategies.
Optimise inventory availability and service levels across the dealer network.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Lead warranty operations, compliance and governance frameworks.
Monitor warranty performance, emerging risks and product quality trends.
Partner with OEM, dealer and internal stakeholders on recalls, campaigns and warranty initiatives.
Ensure strong cost control while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.
Lead reporting, analytics and business intelligence activities across the Aftersales division.
Develop meaningful insights that improve decision-making and commercial performance.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators across Parts, Warranty, Customer Experience and Dealer Operations.
Utilise data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing national team.
Build strong relationships across Kia's dealer network, OEM stakeholders, suppliers and internal departments.
Act as the senior escalation point for critical dealer, customer and operational matters.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and customer focus.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience within automotive Parts & Accessories, Aftersales, Supply Chain or Distribution leadership roles.
Demonstrated success managing a commercially focused business with full P&L accountability.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts distribution, dealer operations, warranty management and aftersales performance drivers.
Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, business transformation and organisational growth.
Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data and insights to drive business outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
