CTCG is seeking a General Manager to lead a profitable manufacturing business in Australia. You will report to the board and guide strategy, manage a $50m+ P&L, and drive performance through the executive team.

The role requires strong people leadership and market engagement to sustain growth. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in general management with P&L responsibility, a finance/marketing degree, and a track record in B2B industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Advanced P&L management experience in B2B industrial companies.
• Proven leadership of 60+ FTE with safety focus.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a P&L in excess of $50m.
• Oversee white- and blue-collar workforce (>60 FTE).
• Ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver on a competitive market offer and drive growth.
• Optimize capital use for shareholder returns.
• Develop and implement business plans and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and present results to the board.
• Foster a performance-driven culture and market presence.
• Engage key domestic and international suppliers and major accounts.
