CMW Geosciences in NSW is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the NSW team of 35+ staff across two offices. You will oversee operations, strategic direction, and growth, bringing deep knowledge of the NSW market and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a geotechnical professional + minimum 4 years' experience in a management position within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Proven leader with a strong track record of building, developing, and growing high-performing teams across a region.
• Strong understanding of the NSW market, with demonstrated success in winning work and driving business growth.
• Commercially astute, with experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with flexibility to travel across NSW as required.

About the role

As a result of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our NSW team of 35+ staff across two offices. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and guide CMW Geosciences' operations, strategic direction, and continued growth. You will bring an in-depth understanding of the NSW market, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive high-performing teams.
