Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a General Manager - Cloud to drive strategy, revenue and end-to-end delivery of cloud and compute product lines.

You will own P&L, shape offerings with Azure/Kubernetes, and lead governance and delivery across multiple cloud platforms. The role requires strong executive leadership, commercial acumen and a track record of delivering secure, high-performing cloud solutions with partners and customers.

The General Manager -Cloud & Compute is accountable for the strategy, commercial performance and end-to-end delivery of CT's Cloud and Compute product lines. With full profit and loss ownership, the role will grow sustainable revenue and margin, shape competitive cloud and compute products within both CT’s cloud offering and our public cloud partners, and ensure customers receive secure, reliable and commercially sound outcomes.

This role lead the function across sales enablement, solution governance, project delivery, vendor management, and people capability. The General Manager balances growth with disciplined execution, translating market opportunity into scalable services while maintaining clear accountability for customer experience, risk, quality and financial performance.

We are open to Sydney applicants, as well as Melbourne and Canberra.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute CT’s cloud and compute strategy, aligning our roadmap, capabilities and investment with customer and business growth priorities.

• Develop compelling cloud and compute offerings that support new business, renewals, customer growth and market relevance.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management and Solutions on proposals, customer presentations, solution design and commercial positioning.
• Identify emerging opportunities across Microsoft Azure, CT’s sovereign cloud, Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Own the function’s P&L, including revenue, margin, operating costs, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Establish pricing, packaging and commercial governance that improve recurring revenue, margins, utilisation and delivery economics.
• Lead reliable, secure and high-performing cloud and compute projects across Azure, AWS, CT platforms and related technologies.
• Strengthen governance across reliability, security, cost optimisation, incident, problem, change and risk management.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement to improve delivery quality, scalability and efficiency.
• Provide clear executive reporting on service performance, commercial results, customer issues and key risks.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing cloud and compute team, building capability across architecture, engineering, operations and security.
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers, partners and vendors to support capability, commercial outcomes and customer success.

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of cloud and compute platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience leading cloud architecture, migration, modernisation, managed services, governance, security and operational uplift.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, networking, resilience, FinOps, automation and compliance.
• Proven experience leading a technology services function with accountability for P&L, service quality and customer outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, margin management, cost optimisation and business cases.
• Ability to translate customer needs and market trends into practical services, delivery models and growth opportunities.
• Comfortable operating between strategy, executive leadership, customer engagement and operational delivery.
• Confident, commercially minded leadership style with the ability to create clarity, accountability and momentum.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across executives, customers, partners and technical teams.
• Customer-focused approach that balances quality, commercial sustainability and long-term relationships.
• Inclusive, values-led people leadership focused on capability, collaboration, engagement and high performance.
• Relevant cloud, compute, ITIL, security or architecture certifications are highly regarded.
