Job summary

AESM is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Victoria operations from Knoxfield, reporting to the Director Fire Services - APAC. This senior role is accountable for strategic direction, financial performance, operational excellence, and client outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across service, maintenance, projects, and technical operations, build lasting client relationships, and drive growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience with end-to-end accountability for business performance.
