West Arnhem Regional Council in Jabiru, NT, is seeking a Manager Community Services to lead planning, delivery and review of community programs across remote communities. You will manage a high‑performing team, build stakeholder relationships, oversee large budgets and grants, and implement evidence‑based service plans that respond to remote NT needs.

The manager role

As Manager Community Services, you will lead the planning, delivery and review of community programs across West Arnhem, managing a high‑performing team in Jabiru and remote communities to deliver outcomes for local participants and communities. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, oversee large and complex budgets and reporting, and implement evidence‑based service plans that respond to emerging needs in a remote NT environment.
