Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Solid understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently - aiming for a first-time fix
• Maintain accurate job records using our mobile Job Management System
