A leading facility services provider in Lithgow is seeking a qualified handyman to manage tasks within a commercial cleaning contract. Candidates should possess relevant experience, hold a driver's license and white card, and demonstrate punctuality and organization. Formación

• Successfully completed secondary school to Year 10 level.
• TAFE Certificate IV in a Trade or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Handyman/Maintenance person in a commercial environment is preferred.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified handyman to work within a commercial cleaning contract in the Mt Piper/Lithgow area.

Driver's Licence & White Card Required

Driver's Licence and White Card are required.

Understanding of Risk Management

Understanding of risk management (hazards and controls, etc).

Desirable Competencies

• Successfully completed secondary school to Year 10 level
• Completed a TAFE Certificate IV in a Trade (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Handyman/Maintenance person in a commercial environment
• Punctual, honest and an efficient worker
• Forms good working relationships
• Can read and write in English
• Self‑motivating
• Dependable, organized and thorough
• Takes pride in the work they perform

Cleaning Experience Preferred but Not Essential

Generally, the position is Monday to Friday, however some weekend work could be required.
