Job summary

Alpha Nobis is seeking a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Sydney, NSW. You will support multiple commercial sites with planned and reactive maintenance, minor carpentry, and repairs across office and common areas.

Ideal candidates will have broad handyman experience, ability to use hand and power tools, a current Australian Driver’s Licence, and White Card. Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience as a handyman with broad maintenance capabilities.
• Carpentry or building experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to diagnose issues and solve problems independently.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and repairs.
• Minor carpentry, patching, painting and fit-off works.
• Door, lock, hardware, cabinetry and fixture repairs.
• Office, amenities and common-area upgrades.
• Planned and reactive maintenance and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and building management as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe and professional work areas.
• Represent Alpha Nobis professionally with clients and tenants.

Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Alpha Nobis is a Sydney-based facilities maintenance, Fitout & refurbishment company delivering projects and ongoing maintenance services across some of Sydney’s leading commercial buildings.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in a full-time role.

You’ll work across multiple commercial sites throughout Sydney, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, minor building works, repairs and general handyman tasks.

The Role

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Minor carpentry, patching, painting and fit-off works
• Door, lock, hardware, cabinetry and fixture repairs
• Office, amenities and common-area upgrades
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Coordinate with subcontractors and building management where required
• Maintain clean, safe and professional work areas
• Represent Alpha Nobis professionally when dealing with clients and tenants

What We’re Looking For

• Strong all-round handyman and maintenance experience
