Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across commercial and residential sites on the Gold Coast. Immediate start, consistent weekly pay and genuine pathways into permanent employment.

Earn at least $35.11 per hour with 11.5% superannuation, $22 daily travel allowance, and weekly payments every Thursday. Requirements include 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
