Job summary

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3PM, with a clear focus on teamwork, efficiency, and adhering to PPE and safety rules. Training is provided to meet pallet standards and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work reliably and independently to achieve production quotas safely.

• Experience safely operating woodworking tools (air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual).
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and/or lumber.
• Repair damaged pallets and return them to service-ready condition.
• Operate and use tools safely to complete repairs, including nail guns, manual and electric saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools.
• Examine repaired products to verify conformance to quality standards and follow production requirements.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and/or lumber.
• Repair damaged pallets sent from customers and return them to service-ready condition.
• Operate and use tools safely to complete repairs, including nail guns, manual and electric saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools.
• Examine repaired products to verify conformance to quality standards and follow production requirements.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work reliably and independently to achieve production quotas in the repair area, safely.
• Quick hands, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations, including proper PPE use.
• Demonstrated experience safely operating air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and communicate effectively with supervisors.
