Narangba Express Pallets, part of the Hyne Group, invites applications for General Hands in Narangba, Queensland. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency as you assemble timber pallets and operate machinery.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn. Prior labour or manufacturing experience helps; be prepared to work Monday–Thursday, 2:30pm–12:00am, with opportunities for progression and skills development.

Qualifications

• You are eager to learn new skills and get stuck into practical hands-on work.
• Manufacturing or general labour experience is a plus.
• You are comfortable using tools or machinery, or willing to be trained in their safe use.
• You are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in producing quality work.
• You are flexible with shifts and can work across rotating rosters if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet manufacturing machinery (e.g., saws, nail guns, automated assembly lines) safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure all pallets produced meet company standards for quality and durability.
• Troubleshoot any problems with equipment to maintain safe operation.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility.
