Job summary

Labelmakers Group is seeking a reliable General Hand (Forklift Operator) for our night shift in Melbourne, Australia. The role supports warehouse and production operations by moving materials and finished goods safely and efficiently on site.

The Permanent Afternoon Shift runs Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm to 12:30am, with base pay of 27.97 AUD per hour plus 20% shift loading (33.56 AUD per hour). Pre-employment medical and right to work in Australia required.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
• Moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Supporting production teams with material replenishment.
• Managing production waste, including changing, moving, and disposing of bins as required.
• Conducting stock movements and general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining workplace health and safety standards and assisting recycling initiatives across the department.
• Providing support across multiple areas of the operation and assisting with a variety of production tasks as required.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Hand (Forklift Operator) to join our night shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting both warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
