Job summary

Change Recruitment is working with a leading technology consultancy seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their Melbourne team, focused on AWS environments and a growing emphasis on GenAI and Agentic AI workloads.

You will build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure, develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, and manage Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS core services and architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS/EKS.
• DevOps and Platform Engineering background.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Manage environments via Infrastructure as Code.
• Support containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive automation across infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Apply cloud security, IAM, and platform best practices.
• Support GenAI and Agentic AI workloads deployments.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to production.
