Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end GenAI-powered solutions. You will combine deep software engineering with cloud architecture, guiding customers and partner teams to build scalable, secure cloud-native applications using AI-assisted development tools and modern front-end/back-end stacks.

You will work directly with customers to design, architect, and deliver working software, leveraging AWS services, IaC, and CI/CD

Qualifications

5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
5+ years of full-stack development across frontend and backend.
5+ years of modern programming languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, .NET).
Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development workflow.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development - Design, build, and ship cloud-native applications end-to-end. Develop responsive front-end interfaces (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue) and scalable backend services (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java), deploying on AWS with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
