Job summary

Stylerunner is seeking a Garment Technician to lead technical development from design handover to bulk production. You will create and maintain tech packs, grading, and construction specs while reviewing samples and running fit sessions.

You will work closely with Design, Product Development and offshore suppliers to uphold fit, quality and construction standards, driving practical solutions and process improvements across the development cycle.

Qualifications

3+ years in Garment Technology, Technical Design or Product Development.
Experience with womenswear; activewear or knits is a plus.
Knowledge of garment construction, grading and fit.
Experience with offshore suppliers and communicating technical feedback.

Responsibilities

Manage technical development from design handover to bulk production.
Create and maintain tech packs, measurement charts, grading and construction specs.
Review samples and provide detailed technical feedback to suppliers.
Run fit sessions and manage fit comments and approvals.
Identify and resolve fit, grading, pattern and construction issues.
Review SMS, pre-production and shipment samples for consistency and quality.
Collaborate with offshore suppliers to uphold standards.
Maintain fit standards, blocks and technical documentation.
Partner with Design and Product Development to drive practical solutions.
Improve development processes to reduce iterations and speed time-to-market.
