Job summary

Aruma is seeking a Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our Coffs Harbour team. You will maintain gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites, with training provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, and some travel is required.

You’ll work with a supportive team, contribute to a positive culture, and help colleagues grow skills while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Background in property or garden maintenance.
• Familiarity with operating relevant equipment; training provided.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance.
• Support Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
• Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching employment goals.
• Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
