Job summary

Aruma is seeking a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our Newcastle team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, and travel is required. You’ll perform gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance while supporting the Team Leader to foster a positive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
• Familiar with operating relevant equipment (training provided).
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
