Job summary

Green by Nature AU is seeking a Garden Maintenance Team Member to help maintain and enhance green spaces at client sites around Fairfield, NSW. This hands-on role suits an experienced gardener or landscaper who enjoys variety and practical work.

You will contribute to planting, weeding, pruning, mowing, and soil preparation while upholding safety standards and a positive team culture. A valid license and white card are required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens highly regarded but not essential.
• 2+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good eye for detail.
• Valid driver's licence.
• White card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• WWCC (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Garden maintenance tasks using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
• Mowing and whipper snipping lawns, trimming edges and hedging.
• Preparing soil, mulching and planting beds.
• Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
