Job summary

Garden Life in Sydney is seeking a skilled team leader to supervise the installation of our garden designs. This full-time role centers on soft landscape planting and potted gardens on balconies and rooftops, with hands-on execution for high-end residential projects.

You will lead a small team, ensure exceptional client service, and coordinate with the Installation Manager. A NSW driver’s license and a practical, hands-on approach are required, with access to a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in residential garden installation.
• Strong attention to detail and client care.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Current NSW Driver’s License (Class C) and physical fitness.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and confident team leader to oversee the installation of our garden designs. This full-time role focuses on all aspects of soft landscape planting and potted gardens on balconies and rooftops.

This role calls for hands-on experience with high-end residential gardens, extensive plant expertise, and a strong working knowledge of installation methods and irrigation systems.

Access to a company vehicle is included with the position.

Key duties and responsibilities

• All aspects of installing high-end residential gardens:
• Lead, nurture and motivate a small team in beautiful gardens in Metro Sydney
• Provide exceptional client service at all times
• Liaise and communicate with our Installation Manager
• Contribute effectively as a member of a high-performing team

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Broad experience in all aspects of residential garden installation
• A keen eye for detail and an attitude of caring for clients and their gardens
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Enjoy working within a small team and autonomously
• Current NSW Driver’s License, including class C manual
• A good level of physical fitness
