Job summary

The Castle Hill Tavern, part of ALH Hotels, invites applications for a Gaming Manager to lead our gaming room and deliver the friendly, top‑notch service our locals expect. This hands‑on role blends operational oversight with hospitality flair in a lively pub environment in Castle Hill.

You'll work with the Publican to run the room safely, mentor the team, and uphold compliance and safe gaming. The package includes AU$79,600 base salary plus Super, bonus scheme, and exclusive group discounts

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks and lifting.
• Experience in gaming room roles (attendant, supervisor, or manager).
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCGas per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules.
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz.
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.
