Job summary

Liquor & Gaming NSW seeks a Change and Engagement Lead – Gaming Reform to drive change management, communication and stakeholder engagement across NSW gaming reform. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with government agencies, industry stakeholders and communities to ensure readiness and adoption of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading change management and engagement activities for complex programs or projects.
• Experience working within government, regulatory, policy or large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to assess impacts and risks.
• Experience developing executive communications, briefings, presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of change management, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Build awareness, readiness and adoption of significant regulatory and operational changes.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders, manage stakeholder relationships.
• Embed change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
