Job summary

The Reef Hotel Casino Cairns is seeking a Casino Technician to join our Technical Team. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electronic gaming equipment on the gaming floor and install/configure gaming gear as required.

Applicants should have hands-on technical repair experience, with advantageous knowledge in CCTV/security systems and computer networks. The role requires weekend work and a Queensland license/clearances as applicable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a technical repair/install environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV or security systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of computer networks is advantageous.
• Experience in electronic gaming machine repairs is advantageous.
• Flexibility with shift work and weekends.
• RSG/RSA certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic gaming equipment (fault finding and preventative maintenance).
• Install and configure electronic gaming equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain all types of gaming equipment.
• Ability to prioritise repairs and maintenance works.
• Good public relations and communication skills.
