Job summary

Crossroads Hotel, Casula, part of Sonnel Hospitality, seeks an experienced Gaming Attendant to manage the gaming floor and provide high-energy service. You will greet customers, handle cash, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a clean, inviting venue.

The role requires TAB/TAB basics, RSA/RCG/ARCG certificates, 1–2 years of hospitality gaming experience, and a friendly, adaptable approach. Weekend shifts and a National Police Check are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG/TAB certificates required.
• TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)
• 1–2 years' experience in Gaming in hospitality/pubs and clubs
• Strong customer service and outgoing personality

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
• Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
