Job summary

ALH is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests with warm, authentic service at our pubs in Victoria, Australia. You’ll support responsible gaming, comply with RSA and related regulations, and help create a safe, enjoyable environment for players and guests alike.

A day in the life includes engaging with patrons, upholding our culture of responsibility, and handling payouts and cash with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications required.
• Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and create memorable moments with warmth and authentic service.
• Promote a culture of responsibility focused on safety and compliance with RSA and gaming regulations.
• Handle machine payouts and cash tasks in line with hotel policies and gaming rules.
