Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests with warm, authentic service in our pubs across Australia. You will support responsible gaming practices and comply with RSA/RCG regulations while delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role involves hands-on duties such as machine payouts, cash handling, and teamwork across day, evening, and weekend shifts. A positive attitude and good physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and clear communication.
• Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
• Must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests by sharing passion for our products and creating memorable moments.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RCG regulations.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
