Job summary

ALH is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant for its Redbank Plains Tavern to welcome guests and provide warm, authentic service. The role requires compliance with RSA and gaming regulations and a hands-on approach to daily duties in a busy pub environment.

You’ll need excellent people skills, teamwork, and flexibility to work across day, evening, and weekend shifts while maintaining a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage guests professionally.
• Team oriented with availability across day, evenings and weekends.
• Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and share passion for products to create memorable moments.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and gaming regulations.
• Handle machine payouts and cash tasks per hotel policies.
