FuturLab Ltd, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, is seeking a highly organised Producer to support PowerWash Simulator 2. You’ll coordinate Agile planning, track milestones and act as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

In this role you’ll manage Jira, drive process improvements and help teams refine their tools and ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros) across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align internal teams with project goals.
• Experience managing risks, milestones and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a liaison between internal teams ensuring clear communication and alignment between tech and other departments
• Support milestone planning and tracking to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals and timelines
• Keep internal teams aligned, such as Content, QA and Publishing
• Risk management and Stakeholder updates
• Act as Jira administrator across multiple projects, including workflows, automations, reporting and process improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and ways of working
• Opportunities to attend and speak at gaming events/conferences

We’re FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more awesome games.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Producer to support the exciting world of PowerWash Simulator 2! In this role, you will facilitate Agile ways of working, coordinate planning and delivery activities, and act as a key point of communication between technical and non-technical teams. You will play an important role in keeping stakeholders informed, managing project risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring teams remain aligned.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will also be responsible for Jira administration, driving process improvements, and helping teams continuously refine their tools and ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.
