Job summary

Far West Local Health District in Broken Hill is seeking a Casual Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) to provide timely trauma-informed care to victims of sexual assault on a rotating roster.

You will operate within our integrated medical, forensic and psychosocial responses for sexual assault victims, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development, and access to Rural Health incentives that support balance and wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing

The Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) will provide timely trauma informed care to victims of sexual assault on a casual call rotating roster. The SANE role will operate within the Far West Local Health Districts integrated medical forensic and psychosocial responses for sexual assault victims.
