Job summary

CQUniversity Australia is seeking a Future Students and Outreach Coordinator to lead recruitment, engagement and outreach initiatives across Central Queensland, including Mackay, Rockhampton and Emerald.

You will oversee events, school programs, Open Days and marketing activities, providing day-to-day leadership to a diverse team, and building meaningful connections with prospective students and communities.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least four years’ relevant experience in marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of student engagement, outreach and recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and events while managing budgets and risk.
• Experience engaging with school-aged students and diverse communities (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of student recruitment, engagement and outreach initiatives across Central Queensland.
• Oversee a diverse range of activities including school engagement, Year 12 experiences, Open Days and outreach events.
• Work with stakeholders across the University and community to build meaningful connections with prospective students.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to a dedicated team and oversee operational plans and resources.
• Support CQUniversity's presence across Rockhampton, Mackay and Emerald regions.
