Qualifications

• Relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise in marketing, student engagement, community engagement, education or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering engagement programs, initiatives, events or campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a marketing, education, engagement or related environment, with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously, implement operational plans, and manage operational resources such as budgets and risk.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and contribute to operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement and outreach initiatives across Central Queensland.
• Coordinate and deliver school engagement programs, outreach events, campus experiences and future student initiatives.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with external partners and guide team members.
