Job summary

CQUniversity is seeking a Future Students and Outreach Coordinator to lead recruitment and outreach across Mackay or Rockhampton. You will head a team delivering school engagement programs, Year 12 experiences, Open Days and targeted marketing to reach prospective students.

You will foster strong relationships with communities, including First Nations and rural cohorts, enhancing CQUniversity’s presence in Central Queensland.

Qualifications

• Degree with relevant experience in marketing, student engagement, or community engagement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and events with budgets and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of student recruitment and outreach initiatives.
• Oversee school engagement programs, Year 12 experiences and Open Days across CQUniversity regions.
• Build connections with prospective students and communities, including First Nations and rural cohorts.
