Beacon Lighting is seeking a Manager in Training for our Prospect store in NSW. This full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) offers an excellent lifestyle balance, including every second weekend off.

From day one you’ll join the Bright Start induction, receive ongoing training and have the opportunity to become an Accredited Lighting Consultant. With over 50 years of success, Beacon Lighting emphasises growth, teamwork and a culture that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Confident communicator with ability to bring out the best in people.

• Current driver's licence and hands-on approach when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through our management development pathway.
• Grow sales and create opportunities across retail, trade and design.
• Deliver service that customers remember and recommend.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers and expand loyalty program.
• Share product expertise to help customers make confident decisions.
• Crush sales goals and contribute to store success.
• Ensure the store looks its absolute best, every day.
• Coach and support new team members.
• Step up to support store operations and administration when needed.
