Job summary

Beacon Lighting Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Manager in Training to join our Prospect store. This full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) offers a strong lifestyle balance, with every second weekend off.

You will be supported through Bright Start induction and ongoing training, with opportunities to become an Accredited Lighting Consultant and grow into leadership. From day one, you’ll help lead, develop sales, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude for retail leadership and customer service.
• Strong communication and team-collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop through a structured training pathway.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through the management development pathway.
• Grow sales and create opportunities across retail, trade and design.
• Deliver service that customers remember and recommend.
• Build relationships with trade customers and grow the loyalty program.
• Share product knowledge to help customers make confident decisions.
• Support store operations and administration as needed.
