Beacon Lighting in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, grow sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Prospect store.

This full-time role offers weekends off on every second weekend, a supportive induction program, training, and opportunities to advance within a leading lighting retailer that values people and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering strong customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Track record of growing sales and promos in a retail environment.
