Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III Cabinet Making or equivalent.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to drive as required by role.
• Forklift Licence desirable, otherwise must be willing to undertake training to obtain licence within set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver daily operations, driving productivity, efficiency and commercial outcomes while creating a positive, collaborative workplace.
• Lead, coach and develop work teams to achieve organisational objectives.
• Supervise, train and mentor inmates to build practical skills and work readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with CSNSW and CSI policies and probity requirements.
