You will assist with the care, preparation, and coordination of funerals, including transfers, viewings, and services, ensuring every step is carried out with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion are essential to support grieving families.
• Ability to stay calm and respectful in emotional situations.
• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and respectfully organise order of service materials.
• Drive company vehicles (transfer vans and sedans) safely.
• Prepare and clean company vehicles daily to a high standard.
• Support families by transferring their loved ones into our care.
• Provide compassionate support during funeral services and assist with the order of service.
• Assist with setting up rooms for viewings and services.
